Terms of Service

Cashout Skin ("we", "us", "our") operates a peer-facilitated CS2 skin trading marketplace at cashout.skin. We provide a platform that allows users to sell CS2 cosmetic items ("skins") in exchange for cryptocurrency, and to purchase skins listed on our marketplace using card payments processed by Stripe.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service. By using Cashout Skin you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Use of our service may be restricted in certain countries due to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Access to most features requires authentication via Steam OpenID. By connecting your Steam account, you grant us permission to read your Steam display name and avatar for identification purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Steam account.

You must provide a valid Steam Trade URL before initiating any trade. An invalid or expired Trade URL may result in failed trades for which we are not liable.

We do not store your Steam login credentials. Authentication is handled entirely by Steam's OpenID protocol.

Selling: When you submit a sell request, you agree to send the specified skins to our trade bot via Steam trade offer. Prices are calculated at the time of submission using live market data multiplied by our current sell rate. Prices are not locked until the trade is accepted.

Buying: When you purchase a skin, payment is processed by Stripe. Skins are fulfilled via Steam trade offer after payment confirmation. Delivery is typically within a few minutes but may take longer due to Steam network delays. Skins are digital items and all sales are final — once a skin has been delivered to your Steam account it cannot be returned or refunded. If we are unable to deliver a purchased skin, you receive a full refund. See our Refund & Disputes Policy.

Payouts: Sell payouts are sent in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and compatible wallet address. We are not able to recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

Rates: All rates and prices are displayed in USD. Cryptocurrency conversion rates are determined at the time of payout. We do not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

All completed trades are final. We do not offer refunds on completed sell transactions once the cryptocurrency payout has been initiated.

For buy orders: if we are unable to fulfill a skin purchase after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing time is subject to Stripe's standard timelines (typically 5–10 business days).

In the event of a disputed charge or chargeback, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Trade items obtained through unauthorized access to Steam accounts
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to access or abuse the service
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Resell access to the service or act as an intermediary without our written consent
• Violate Steam's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, Steam outages, or other events outside our control.

CS2 skins are virtual items with no guaranteed real-world value. Market prices fluctuate and we make no representation regarding the future value of any item.

Cashout Skin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cashout Skin AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
