Refund & Disputes Policy

1. All skin sales are final — no refunds after delivery
CS2 and CS:GO skins are digital items delivered directly to your Steam account. Once a skin has been delivered to you, the purchase is final and cannot be reversed, returned, or refunded under any circumstances — the item is in your Steam inventory and cannot be taken back.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital item for immediate delivery, and that no refund, cancellation, or "return" is possible once that delivery has been made. This applies regardless of buyer's remorse, a change in market price, or any other reason.
The only exception is non-delivery: if we are unable to deliver a skin you paid for — for example it sells out between payment and delivery — you receive a full refund of that order to your original payment method, because you never received the item. Card refunds are issued via Stripe and typically appear within a few business days.
2. Selling skins — finality
When you sell, the transaction is final once you accept the Steam trade offer and the trade is confirmed. At that point the payout is released to the wallet address you provided. Because crypto transactions are irreversible, sell payouts cannot be undone after they are sent.
3. Wrong or incompatible wallet address
You are responsible for providing a correct payout address on the correct network. Cryptocurrency sent to a wrong, incompatible, or mistyped address cannot be recovered. Always double-check your address and network before confirming a sale.
4. Pricing
Prices are updated from the live market every 10 minutes and are not locked until a sale is confirmed. The price shown at the moment you confirm is the price that applies. Market movement before confirmation is not grounds for a refund.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a card charge is incorrect, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered order may result in your account being suspended pending review, and we reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Raising a dispute
To raise a dispute, contact support with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Including the Order ID lets us locate your transaction quickly. We aim to respond to all disputes promptly and fairly.
